What file formats can I upload?

How is my recording evaluated?

Your audio is transcribed with Whisper (transcription AI) and then evaluated by comparing it with the original topic content. Content coverage has the highest weight (50%). It also detects filler words and unnecessary repetitions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Plan. You'll keep access until the end of the already-paid period. After that, your data will be kept for 60 days. If you don't reactivate within that time, it will no longer be available. If you come back later, you'll be able to recover it.

What happens if I run out of monthly quota?

Each plan has monthly limits for pages, exams, summaries, flashcards and outlines. If you exceed them, you can wait for the next month (it resets automatically) or purchase a one-time quota reset.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, the most secure payment platform on the market. We don't store your card details.

Can I change my education level?

Yes, from Settings > Profile. Note that changing it may affect your subscription and pricing, as they vary by level.

Does the session log out automatically?

Yes. For security, if there's no activity for 60 minutes the session closes automatically. You'll receive a warning 5 minutes before.

How can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

From Settings you can request account deletion. All your data, documents and generated material will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
